TIME FOCAL MODEL (TFM)
In this model, financial plan is estimated with the total of work -time and resources applied. TFM suits projects that are complex in nature, require research and innovation and have flexibility to embed new features in the product as the work goes on to make it more productive.
PLAIN SCOPE MODEL (PSM)
Plain Scope Model (PSM) is for the projects with crystal clear scope and static specifications. As the scope will be clear and agreed upon, estimation of required time and resources would be much easier. PSM Financial Plan will be based upon the time and resources used to make the product.
THE PATH OF FAITH MODEL (PFM)
PFM is particularly developed for the customers having first Business interaction with Sorcim Technologies. In PFM, customer has to pay the invoices on the completion of each agreed upon Milestone. This allows our partners to examine the projects progress and leads them to a path of faith which ends in having complete trust in our way of doing Business. First time customers are also welcome to choose TFM or PSM.
